Arabic Calligraphy Abstract Painting
This painting is a unique combination of calligraphy and abstract form. Through my canvases I want to depict the belief of Qur’anic verses and the presence of their power in our life. In this artwork, I have used calligraphic brushstrokes to paint “Ha Meem La Yunsaroon “ in haroof .The meaning of this Ayah is “they shall not be victorious “. All the Arabic letters of this ayat that make the words are painted with the help of free strokes of the paint and brush to add a sense of authenticity and cultural richness to the work. In addition to the calligraphic elements, I have also incorporated an abstract form by using monochromatic shades of green color .
