Indian Bird Painting
Kerala mural paintings are the frescos depicting Hindu mythology in Kerala. Ancient temples and palaces in Kerala, India, display an abounding tradition of mural paintings mostly dating back between the 9th to 12th centuries CE when this form of art enjoyed royal patronage. Peacock is the national bird of India. Peacock is one of the most beautiful birds on earth. Peacocks usually have blue color, and their feathers have a mixture of blue, green and golden colors. The peacock symbolizes grace and beauty and with the radiant colors of Kerala murals, the entire painting livens up any place it is put in. This painting has been made on a circular board. This painting is part of the set of 5 paintings that I created as ‘Animal series inspired by the Indian folk art forms’. If you purchase the entire set, you get a discount of 10%. The paintings can be used as a wall hanging, placed on a stand or used to create a custom wall.
